Sustainability Policy

Our sustainability policy for wooden wall maps focuses on ecological practices throughout the supply chain, from sourcing to production and disposal. We have therefore carefully selected suppliers of our main materials - plywood and cardboard packaging - who hold certificates that guarantee their approach to sustainability.

We source wood only from sustainably managed forests certified according to recognized standards such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). FSC certificate A0001531 for packaging and FSC C100308 for the plywood we use.

We use ecological variants of surface treatments - stains.

We currently include recycled wood in our production.

We minimize waste. Implement practices that minimize waste in production, such as optimizing material use, recycling offcuts, and reusing waste products. The vectors that we use to make maps are arranged on the desktop in such a way that there is minimal waste, and we also carve mini products from these small scraps - such as key chains or pendants.

We use non-toxic paints and finishes with low VOC (volatile organic compounds) content to reduce your environmental and health impacts.

To transport our products, we use companies that are dedicated to making their transport as ecological as possible. We are currently expanding our cooperation with DHL, where we try to transport as much of our shipments as possible by means of transport using more ecological fuels - in terms of air transport and in road transport - electric cars. All our DHL shipments are sent with the GoGreen Plus service - a dedicated solution that helps businesses reduce the carbon emissions associated with their shipments through the use of sustainable aviation fuel.

We try to reduce as much as possible the carbon footprint that our products could create on their way from us to their new owners.

We minimize packaging materials and pack our products in recyclable packaging. We have stopped using polystyrene in our packaging and avoid plastics as much as possible.

Our customers can thus fully recycle the packaging after installation.

We are constantly trying to improve all the procedures mentioned above. We also evaluate and improve the impact on the environment by continuously informing ourselves about new sustainability practices, materials and technologies.

We believe that our approach ensures that the production of wooden wall maps minimizes the impact on the environment while promoting the responsible use of resources.
